DVD4Music aim to deliver DVD products of the highest quality in the fastest time possible. On occasions we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to particular items being unavailable. In such an instance DVD4Music will advise you immediately and give you the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order altogether.
Stock items are generally despatched within 24 hours, however please allow some flexibility for the more difficult items.
All prices quoted on this web site are in British pounds sterling (£) and include 20% VAT.
UK postage and packaging will be charged at the rate of £2.25 for the first item ordered and £1.60 for subsequent items.
E.U. postage and packaging will be charged at the rate of £3.95 for the first item ordered and £3.60 for subsequent items.

Customers who have music DVD titles to trade can either have a credit account against purchases on the site, or accept cash dependent on the title.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed by English law and both DVD4Music and all customers and web site viewers will resolve any disputes through English courts.

Cancellation Notice
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased for a full refund. Customers are required to give notice of cancellation within seven working days of receiving the goods and must confirm in writing or in another durable medium such as email. The effective date of cancellation is the date on which the cancellation is sent to us. It is advisable to retain proof that your cancellation has been sent to us. Customers are liable for the cost of returning the goods. You must take reasonable care of the items until you return them. DVD4Music will refund the full amount including the delivery costs as soon as possible after the consumer cancels, and in any case within 30 days at the latest.
